Why Invisalign®?

Invisalign clear aligners are an alternative to other orthodontic methods which may feel uncomfortable or appear unsightly on the smile, such as traditional metal braces. The system consists of a collection of translucent, removable aligners that progressively straighten your teeth over the course of approximately six to twelve months.

The primary benefit of Invisalign is that it is invisible – meaning the treatment process can be kept as private as you would like, with no obvious appliances worn as you progress throughout treatment. The Invisalign® Process

• The process begins with a FREE consultation at our office. During this time, we will discuss your needs and determine if Invisalign is right for you.
• After taking digital impressions of your smile, our team will create a 3D model of your teeth and bite alignment. 
• Using this impression, we will be able to display a model that simulates how Invisalign can align the teeth over time. 
• We will send your impressions to the Invisalign lab, where a series of custom-made aligners will be built, just for you! 
• The lab then sends back a series of aligners that progressively work to shift your teeth into proper positioning.

Each set of aligners is worn for about two weeks, and it’s important to wear these trays for at least 22 hours a day; this will ensure your smile progresses in accordance with your treatment plan.
